Debit Note

CGST + SGST vs IGST

Unregistered Person's Invoice
No legal format prescribed under CGST Act. Simple invoice showing transaction value. No GST charged. Buyer (if registered) may need to pay GST under RCM for certain notified goods/services (Sec 9(4) CGST).
